Cranberry Relish

A pretty, raw cranberry dish to add beauty and nutrition to your holiday meals.


1 apple, cored and quartered
1 ripe pear, cored and quartered
1 orange, peeled
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup chopped, pitted dates
1 bag fresh cranberries (set several aside for garnish)

No of Servings: 8     Preparation Time: 30 minutes


Place all ingredients in food processor bowl. Pulse until desired consistency. Can add about 1/4 cup pure maple syrup for added sweetness if desired. Refrigerate. Serve in a pretty bowl and garnish with a few raw cranberries and pecans.


I use organically grown ingredients whenever possible, especially the apple, pear and orange.
