No of Servings: 8 Preparation Time: 20 minutes
Instructions
Drain pineapple, reserving juice. Drain mandarin oranges. Place pineapple chunks and mandarin oranges in large bowl. Add chopped apple and pear. Gently stir together. Add coconut and chopped walnuts. Then gently stir together sour cream (or yogurt), pineapple juice and agave nectar. Pour over fruit and mix together. Serve in pretty, glass dishes. Can garnish with mandarin oranges, walnuts and/or mint leaves.
Notes
The pineapple I buy is organic from Native Forest, thus the reason for the 14 ounce can. Feel free to use a larger or smaller can as desired.
