
A refreshing non-alcoholic punch nice for the holidays.
Ingredients
1-32 oz bottle Santa Cruz organic berry nectar
1-32 oz bottle Lakewood organic pomegranate blend
2 cups pineapple juice
1-25.4 oz bottle Kristian Regale sparkling lingonberry-apple juice
1 pint Julie’s organic blackberry ice cream, softened
No of Servings: 20 Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Instructions
Chill all of the juices before making the punch. Pour juices into punch bowl. When ready to serve, add the sparkling berry juice and stir together. Then add the softened ice cream and mix together until smooth and combined.
Notes
Any sparkling apple or berry juice can be used. Sorbets can also be used instead of the ice cream. However, most all sorbets contain sugar and corn syrup. With the exception of the ice cream, I found all of the above juices in the juice aisle at Walmart.
