
An easy, honey mustard dressing that will dress up any green salad.
Ingredients
1 1/2 tbs Dijon mustard *
1/4 cup raw honey
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice (about 1 lemon)
3 tbs brown rice vinegar *
1/2 tsp sea salt
2/3 cup organic olive oil
1/4 cup organic vanilla or maple yogurt (optional)

Instructions
Place mustard, honey, lemon juice, vinegar and salt in blender container. Blend until combined. Then slowly pour in olive oil while blender is running and mix until dressing is combined and slightly thickened. If desired, dressing can be poured into a small bowl and yogurt can be stirred in at that time. Refrigerate until time to serve. Or dressing can be served without the addition of yogurt.
Notes
I use either Westbrae or Annie’s organic Dijon mustard and Eden organic brown rice vinegar.
