Maple Tahini Dressing

A simple dressing with a unique flavor.


1/2 cup tahini *
3 tbs fresh lemon juice
3 tbs pure maple syrup
1 tbs fresh parsley, minced
1 small clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
1/4 cup organic olive oil
1/4 cup water

No of Servings: 4     Preparation Time: 15 minutes


Place tahini, lemon juice, maple syrup, minced parsley, garlic, salt and cayenne in blender and process until smooth. Add water and olive oil and blend until mixture is combined and smooth.


Tahini is made from sesame seeds and is similar to peanut or almond butter in texture.
