Pineapple Coconut Smoothie

A tropical yet nourishing delight.

Ingredients

1 cup coconut milk *
1 cup fresh or canned pineapple chunks
1 cup frozen strawberries
1/2 frozen banana *

No of Servings: 2     Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Instructions

Pour coconut milk into blender. Add fresh or canned pineapple chunks. Add frozen strawberries and 1/2 of a peeled, frozen banana. Blend in blender on high until smooth.

Notes

Coconut milk is available in cans. I use Native Forest brand. It is organic and contains no harmful preservatives. To freeze bananas, peel first, break banana in half or thirds and freeze in freezer bag.
