Raspberry Vinaigrette

A pretty and refreshing dressing for a green salad. Frozen berries can be used when fresh ones are unavailable.


1 cup organic fresh or frozen raspberries
3 tbs organic balsamic vinegar *
2 tbs organic brown rice vinegar *
1/4 cup honey
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1 tbs Tamari
2/3 cup organic olive oil

No of Servings: 8     Preparation Time: 15 minutes


Place raspberries, vinegars, honey, Tamari and garlic powder in blender. Blend until smooth. Then slowly drizzle olive oil into blender while running and blend for about 30 seconds. Mixture will thicken as olive oil gets incorporated into dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.


Dressing can be strained through a mesh strainer to remove seeds if desired. I use Bionaturae brand of balsamic vinegar. It has no added sulfites. I use Eden brand of brown rice vinegar.
